Mayor Michael Barth

A Message From Mayor Barth….

I want to thank the residents, businesses, and industry who call Hicksville their home. It has been a privilege to serve over 14 years on the Village council and now as mayor starting in 2024. As you can see when you drive through our town, it is a great place to live, work, and visit. I’m so proud of our dedicated village staff in working hard every day to make Hicksville a better place to live and visit. Our Village Council serves the community with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds. We have been blessed to see many changes over the years. Our downtown is thriving with different businesses along with our fantastic school, Huber Opera House and Civic Center, parks and recreation, Johnson Memorial Library, Hicks Land Office that serves as our local historical museum,  restaurants, churches, multiple service organizations, to just name some of our great attributes in our community.
